Why work with our Startup Studio?
Our Startup Studio is built by founders, for founders.
We’re not just a service provider. We’re a technology co-founder. We’ve been in YOUR shoes.
In 2009 we launched our own startups, raised funding, pivoted, and scaled.
That experience shaped how we work today: we think like founders, not vendors.
We care about product-market fit, growth, and long-term value, not just lines of code.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do you generate and select startup ideas?
We work with both founder-led ideas and internally developed concepts. Each idea goes through a validation process, where we assess market opportunity, technical feasibility and strategic fit. If the product-market fit isn’t clearly defined yet, we don’t walk away. We work closely with the founder to research the market, test assumptions, and shape a viable MVP roadmap before starting.
What is the cost of working with a startup studio?
Startups don’t pay standard development fees. Instead, they cover only the cost (around 80%) of adapting the existing technology to their specific needs (things like UI, branding, and custom integrations). This typically represents just 5–20% of what full development would cost if done from scratch. The core technology, architecture, and product leadership are provided in exchange for equity or a hybrid model.
How much equity does a startup studio typically take?
The equity we take depends on several factors, including the financial involvement of other parties like VC funds or founders, the complexity of the technology, and the number of modules to be implemented. We prepare a custom valuation based on the project's scope and level of commitment from all sides. The final amount is always determined individually and transparently during the planning stage.
Do we still own the IP if you build the product?
Yes. The startup receives the intellectual property (IP) of the custom product, which can be developed further independently or with our continued support. These terms are always clearly defined in the contract to protect both sides and ensure flexibility for future growth.
Can we buy out the technology later and bring it fully in-house?
Yes, that option is available. The buyout terms are tailored individually as part of the final cooperation agreement. This model allows the startup to fully internalize the technology and continue development independently, starting from day one after implementation if needed.
What resources does the startup studio offer?
You get full access to a cross-functional product team ( engineers, designers, project managers, testers, and analysts) as well as go-to-market specialists if needed (marketers, growth hackers, social media experts, SEO consultants, and ad campaign professionals). We also share our internal knowledge base, product frameworks, and playbooks to help you make faster, better decisions. Our Startup Studio helps you prepare for fundraising with a credible product and technical narrative.
Why does the startup need to cover the cost of product customization?
We ask each startup to make a financial contribution toward the customization of the product (including design, integrations, or feature adaptations) to show a genuine commitment to the project. This ensures active engagement and reduces the risk of abandoning the idea mid-process. It’s a small but important step that confirms both sides are equally invested in moving the product forward. In most cases, this cost ranges from 5% to 20% of what a full custom solution would typically require.
What is the expertise of your in-house team?
Our team of 50+ professionals has over 15 years of experience in building marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and scalable digital products (including our own in-house ventures). We bring together senior engineers, product strategists, UX/UI designers, and go-to-market consultants, all aligned around one goal: helping startups launch faster, smarter, and with fewer mistakes. Explore our own products: BOWWE and Honaro.
Do we get a dedicated team or shared resources when working with your startup studio?
During the development phase, you work with a dedicated team focused entirely on building your product. After launch or during the go-to-market phase, ongoing support can be provided by either dedicated staff or shared resources, depending on your needs and the required level of engagement.
Who will act as our CTO?
Your project will be overseen by Wojciech, our co-founder and fractional CTO, who brings over 20 years of experience in software development and technology leadership. Wojciech participated in large-scale digital initiatives for global financial institutions, including Standard Chartered, UBS, RBS, and NatWest. Learn more about his experience here.
Can we continue working with your team after the MVP is launched?
Yes and to be clear, what we deliver isn’t just an MVP, but a fully functioning and tested product. Many of our partners choose to continue working with us after launch to scale their product, add new features, or prepare for growth phases. We offer flexible post-launch collaboration models, including dedicated teams or shared support depending on your needs.
Will your startup studio help define the MVP scope and product roadmap?
Absolutely. We help you clarify your product vision, define what’s truly “minimum,” and build a roadmap aligned with market validation and investor expectations. We don’t shy away from tough conversations. We ask the hard questions and help answer them, so you avoid building features that don’t matter.
Do you support pivots or product changes along the way?
Yes,we expect change. The product development process is iterative. We adapt based on user feedback, early traction, or new strategic insights, while keeping the core architecture flexible.
What technologies do you use in your engine? Is it customizable?
Our engine is built with modern, microservices architecture technologies (e.g. TypeScript, Vue.js, NestJS, React, microservices). It’s fully customizable and optimized for marketplaces, SaaS platforms, and on-demand services.
Can we integrate third-party tools or external APIs with your system?
Yes. Our architecture is API-first and designed for easy integration with third-party services whether payments, analytics, logistics, or marketing tools.
Can the platform scale if we grow quickly?
Yes. Our platform is built on a microservices architecture, designed from the ground up with scalability in mind. It supports modular growth, multi-tenant models, international expansion, and high-concurrency usage, making it ready to handle increasing complexity and user volume as your startup grows.
